Outdoor Field Permit Applications

Revenue from permits is invested back into the Go Green Youth Centre, enabling us to offer various free programs for children & youth living in Flemingdon Park and Thorncliffe Park.

Rates are as follows:

Field rental:

• $60/Hour (additional insurance charges may apply)
• $500 after 6:00 pm, Under Lights. (additional insurance charges may apply) 

Additional equipment rental:

• $15/Hour (Scoreboard, you must operate it yourself under our supervision until 10:59 pm)
• $15/Hour (Sound system, you must operate it yourself under our supervision until 9:59 pm)
• $25/Hour (one cricket batting lane)

Please note that a mandatory $200/per day security deposit is applied to your rates.

Important Information: 

• A portable washroom will be available from mid-May to mid-September.
• Access to a power outlet is available on special request.
• NO EXTERNAL sound system, electrical system, digital scoreboard, chairs, tables, BBQ, inflatable castle & additional equipment are allowed at our premises.
• No vehicle shall enter the main cricket field from either North West or South West Side.
• Do not move the wooden benches or garbage bins from their original spot.
• The permitter must collect all garbage after use and dump it into city bins behind the basketball court.
• The permitter must start wrapping up within 30 minutes of the allotted time. 
• The site supervisor and the renter will check the field before and after use. 
• The permitter must get APPROVAL from GGYC to bring any additional external equipment including Tents & etc.
